Invalid current speed reported for subtask/task and global stats

1. When subtask is not running, CH still shows the previous current speed (from time the subtask was running),
2. The same applies to task.
3. Global stats shows current speed as a sum of current speeds for all tasks (running and not running) showing very unreasonable values.
