    Description

When using explorer in multi-process mode, it might happen that user is fast enough to use context menus between different processes to trigger the same value to be retrieved from GetTickCount(). As the value is used as shared memory identifier for communication between CH and shell extension - having the same value for different explorer processes causes collision when creating shared memory thus the failure to retrieve configuration.
