Copy Handler does not launch on some old hardware running Windows XP

Copy Handler is unable to launch showing error 0xc000001d.
Similar story is with registering the shell extension.

Problem exists on Windows XP running on Athlon XP. The suspicion is that missing SSE2 is causing problems.

Investigate and possibly fix the problem.
